Nosferatu

“Nosferatu is a 2024 American gothic horror film written and directed by Robert Eggers. It is a remake of the 1922 silent film Nosferatu, which was inspired by Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel Dracula.”
Today I went out to a movie theater and seen Nosferatu. I enjoyed this film very much. The story was well done, the acting was great. Amazing cinematography. It wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be but I was still on the edge of my seat wondering when Count Orlok was going to pop up and do the weird creepy things he does. Anyway, I recommend this movie, go see it. I’ll be watching it again whenever it hits the streaming services.

Fun fact: There was two of these this year. This one and then a less known one with one of my favorite actors Doug Jones. His one shows as 2023 on IMDB but it came out this year.
I need to see both!
@Hulk, I didn’t know about the other Nosferatu movie. I’ll see if I can find it on the streaming platforms and give it a watch.
It’s not available anywhere in New Zealand. Takes forever for us to get anything decent 🙁
@Hulk, thats too bad. Maybe one day.
The fact that Robert Eggers directed this movie makes it a must watch and the cast tried their best. Those are what made this movie breathtaking. The cinematography indeed is marvelous, and this films is suspenseful rather than scary to me.
@Uptrendfinancialsignal, suspenseful is the perfect way to describe it. Agreed.
Nosferatu was creepy enough for me to give it the recognition it deserves. The movie is as good as The Exorcist movie franchise. I really enjoyed it more than I expected.
@Heatman Same here, I went in with low expectations and I ended up really liking it.
